I spotted this Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine on the 07-09-05 in Tabaris, Beirut, Lebanon, As you can see in one of the pictures this is the presidential car of Camille Chamoun. (If you want to call the number from outside Lebanon you have to remove the first 0 from the number and add 961 to it)

I think you should look closer for the Cadillacs and specially the rarest XLR, CTS, STS, CTS, DTS, Escalade, Escalade EXT and Escalade ESV. Or in other words all the cadillac brands.
