hey guys , they sometimes call the Maserati Coupe as Maserati 4200 GT , same thing was with the Maserati 3200GT . Anyway they call it 4200 GT basicaly because it has a 4.2L 4000 cc engine , so the Maserati Coupe and Maserati 4200 Gt are the same car , but the official name is Maserati Coupe.

the name 4200GT was given by the people (i think so) because the coupe before 2002 was the 3200 GT with 3.2 L engine but in 2002 they give the coupe more power with a new 4.2 L engine so some people called it 4200 GT (btw, the coupe before 2001 was called 3200GT by maserati and that name is written on the back of the car

yeahhh btw the grand pa of my neighboor is the dealership of maserati, lancia………. in lebanon so 2 months ago he went with him to modena and check how the maserati are being made(only owners of maserati can see that) and he wents to the ferrari and saw the enzo and all old ferrari he told me that was awesome and unforgetable

i got ur point bass man it got the same side skirt than the gran sport and like u know the company don’t change all the body every year so it could be a 2004 gran sport and the one u gave us a a proove a 2005 or 2006 ino did u get my point ??? (ino the company will make a small change to the body like the bumpers the rims inside the light some small stuff
